Cancellation and modification conditions
The client will have to pay the full price of the reservation in advance at any time. For non-refundable rates, the client will have to pay the full price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. For refundable rates, the client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the full price of the reservation if they cancel within 14 days of the arrival date. In case of cancellation, the refund will be processed within 1 to 14 days. If the refund is not processed before arrival, the full price of the reservation will be charged at check-in at reception.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival or no-shows: With a justified reason (illness or serious accident of any of the people included in the reservation or death of a first-degree relative, always with an official certificate): a voucher will be issued for use during the same season. Any price difference that may exist at the time of the change between the original stay and the new stay will be the responsibility of the client. If the price of the new stay is lower than the original, no refund of the difference will be issued. Without a justified reason: the payment will be forfeited.
Early departures or modifications already at the campsite: Once check-in at the campsite has been completed, the total stay will be charged, with no option for a refund.
Any request to extend the duration of your stay will be processed according to availability and in accordance with the current rates, with the fee being payable on the same day as the extension.
CAMPING CONDITIONS
- Reservations are personal and non-transferable. Camping Turismar may invalidate reservations and deny access if the holder and/or guests do not match the original reservation.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. For campsites, check-out is until 12:00 PM.
- All guests, with the exception of children under 14, must present a valid ID card or passport upon arrival. Access to the campsite will not be permitted without this documentation.
- Children: Infants aged 0-2 years stay free of charge. All infants and children must be included in the total occupancy of the reserved room, with their corresponding ages specified.
- Visitors are required to register at reception, presenting their ID card or passport, and pay for their stay (additional charge applies). Visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Camping Tursimar requires a €100 deposit upon arrival. This deposit will be charged to your credit card. This allows us to cover any damage caused by the guest or failure to meet cleaning requirements. At the end of your stay, our staff will inspect the bungalow. If everything is in order, the full amount will be refunded at check-out.
- The campsite may cancel a reservation if it is found that the details provided in the reservation request do not match the actual details.
- The tourist tax may vary locally and is subject to change according to government regulations.
- A maximum of two pets are allowed for an additional fee. They must be kept on a leash at all times and under the supervision of their owners. They are not allowed on the beds (failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of part of the deposit). The dog owner or the person who made the booking is solely responsible for the animal's behavior. In the event of any misbehavior, the campsite reserves the right to expel the owner or booking holder without refund of any unused days.
- The photos of the bungalows, Lux-Tends or plots shown on the website represent the model of the same, and do not mean that one exactly the same as in the photo will be assigned.
- The campsite is not responsible for information that may be found on websites other than its own official website.
- Camping Turismar reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in the event of an unintentional error on the part of the campsite, or fraud, after notifying the customer. In this case, the campsite will notify the customer of the error, giving them the option of accepting the corrected adjustments or canceling the reservation.
- The price of the accommodation (bungalow or Lux-Tend) includes one vehicle. Additional vehicles must be registered and paid for according to the current rate. Only one van, motorhome, or caravan is allowed per pitch.
- The occupancy in each accommodation may not exceed the maximum number of people indicated in its description. For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum number of occupants for the type of accommodation reserved. An infant or child counts as one person for occupancy purposes.
- If the bungalow is not occupied by the owner within 24 hours of the booking date without prior notice, the contract will be automatically cancelled, resulting in the loss of the amount paid. CAMPING TURISMAR reserves the right to re-book the bungalow.
- The published rates include VAT; the applicable tourist tax is indicated in the quote. If the tax rate changes, this will be passed on to the customer, even for confirmed bookings.

1. Entrance and exit
- Entry: From 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Departure: From 08:00 to 11:00 hours.
2. Documentation
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
3. Arrival time
Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time. You can do this through the special requests section when booking or by contacting the property directly.
4. Cancellation and prepayment

5. Damage deposit
A refundable deposit of €100 will be required upon check-in, payable by credit card or cash. The deposit will be fully refunded after the accommodation has been inspected at check-out. The guest will be responsible for any damage, breakage, or other defects that may occur to the facilities of Camping Turismar and that are caused by them or any of their companions.
6. Conditions for stays with children
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children aged 2 and over pay the adult rate at this accommodation.

7. Cots and extra beds
Cots are not available at this accommodation.
Extra beds are subject to availability and depend on the accommodation option chosen.
8. Age restrictions
Minimum age for check-in: 18 years.
9. Pets

If you book more than 3 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply.

This accommodation is managed by a company. This label is mandatory under European consumer rights legislation, but it has no tax implications.
