To ensure your stay and that of all guests is as pleasant as possible, we ask that you respect these internal regulations. These rules are designed to guarantee harmonious coexistence, rest, safety, and the proper use of the facilities at Camping Turismar.
GENERAL REGULATIONS
1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m.. Check-out time is until 11:00 a.m.. Failure to check out by the check-out time may result in the loss of the security deposit.
2. The campsite staff reserves the right to access your accommodation in exceptional circumstances or cases of force majeure, when justified, especially for reasons of security, maintenance, prevention of damage, or compliance with legal obligations and internal regulations. This access will be carried out with due respect for your privacy and, whenever possible, after prior notification.
3. Access to the campsite is reserved for guests. Non-guests must request authorization at reception before entering. Management reserves the right of admission and will expel, if necessary, any person whose behavior disturbs the peace and harmony of others or who fails to comply with the rules of conduct, morality, and decency established by the FNCE's Official Internal Regulations, as well as the rules mentioned in these regulations. The reservation holder will be responsible for all actions attributable to them or their companions. Changing companions during the stay is not permitted.
4. You must complete the registration formalities at reception upon arrival and declare all persons and items subject to payment that you bring into the campsite. Failure to comply with this rule will be sufficient grounds for expulsion.
A 100€ deposit will be required, payable by card. This will be refunded once the campsite staff have checked that the property is in perfect condition.
5. In case of loss of the bungalow or glamping key, you will have to pay 10€.
6. Minors under 18 years of age will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult who expressly assumes responsibility. Parents or guardians will be responsible for any damage caused by minors during their stay at the campsite.
7. Parking spaces will be assigned upon arrival at the campsite. Vehicles must be parked in their assigned space, leaving other spaces free for future occupants. Additional vehicles must be parked in the area indicated by reception, subject to an extra charge.
8. Electric vehicles: Direct charging at the bungalow or glamping site is prohibited. Only campsite staff are authorized to check for faults and handle electrical boxes.
9. Except for the built-in barbecues at the campsite, any type of barbecue or fire is prohibited anywhere on the premises, except for electric or camping gas barbecues. Barbecue reservations must be made at reception and require a deposit. They may only be used with charcoal and in compliance with the requirements established by reception.

10. Cooking is prohibited both inside the glampings and on the outdoor platform, as well as on the terraces of the bungalows.
11. You must use the sanitary facilities properly and keep them clean. Children under 6 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
12. To preserve plants and trees, it is prohibited to pour dirty or wastewater onto the ground, as well as to tie ropes for hanging clothes or other uses. It is mandatory to use a container under caravans to collect wastewater. These containers must be emptied in the designated area.
13. To preserve the glampings and bungalows, it is forbidden to hang any type of object on their structures or in the trees.
14. Smoking is not permitted inside bungalows, glamping tents, or in common indoor areas. Littering cigarette butts is also prohibited anywhere on the campsite.
15. Upon leaving, please place your properly sealed garbage bags in the containers. Waste should be disposed of in the corresponding receptacles: plastic, organic matter, paper, and ashtrays.
16. You are solely responsible for your belongings, cars, caravans, tents, bicycles, etc. The campsite is not responsible for any theft, damage, loss, fire, or damage caused by third parties. We recommend not leaving valuables unattended.
17. Tents and caravans that are not authorized to remain in the campsite without occupants will be removed without prior notice.
18. Upon arrival, you will be informed of the service schedules. Schedules may vary, and those displayed at the respective establishments will be considered valid.
19. Silence and Barrier Closure: To ensure a good night's sleep for our guests, absolute silence will be required between midnight and 7:00 a.m.. During this period, vehicle traffic is prohibited throughout the campsite. The barrier will remain closed for both entry and exit. This rule may only be disregarded in justified emergency situations (ambulances, etc.).
20. If you arrive between midnight and 7:00 a.m., caravans and vehicles may be parked in the entrance parking area. If you wish to leave permanently before opening time (7:00 a.m.), you must park your car and caravan/motorhome in the entrance parking area for the last night.
21. The plots are numbered and assigned from reception. No changes are allowed without prior authorization.
22. Visits: These are strictly prohibited. People not staying at the campsite who wish to visit family or friends must go to Reception, where they will be informed of the requirements to follow if they are authorized to enter; in this case, the person being visited will be responsible for the visitor. Under no circumstances may the maximum capacity established for each accommodation be exceeded.
23. Reckless driving of any vehicle, motorized or not, is strictly prohibited. The maximum speed within the campsite is 10 km/h. All vehicles must comply with current regulations.
24. The campsite will not be responsible for the interruption or modification of services due to force majeure or causes beyond its control (weather conditions, administrative restrictions, breakdowns, etc.).
25. The campsite is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. If found, they will be kept for a limited time.
PET REGULATIONS
1. Pets are allowed at the campsite. Pets must always be kept on a leash and accompanied by their owners under supervision. You must always pick up after your pet. For hygiene reasons and out of respect for others, pets are not allowed on the beds or in the communal sanitary facilities. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine.
2. The owner of the animal will be responsible for any damage it may cause, both to other customers and to their property and the campsite facilities.
3. Owners of dogs classified as potentially dangerous must have the corresponding administrative license in force for their possession, in accordance with the applicable state or regional regulations.
- Likewise, it will be mandatory to have valid civil liability insurance that covers possible damages to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 287/2002, of March 22; Law 50/1999, of December 23; Law 10/1999, of July 30, as well as the rest of the complementary regulations that may be applicable.
- These animals must remain muzzled at all times and restrained with a non-extendable leash of a maximum length of 2 meters.
- The following breeds are considered potentially dangerous dogs: Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Tosa Inu and Akita Inu.
Anyone who violates any of these rules may be expelled from the campsite. Management reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time for operational, legal, or safety reasons.
